Mr. Coleman is a founding partner of the firm and has over twenty-four (24) years of practical legal experience, specializing in land use, secured banking transactions, real estate and estate planning law. Mr. Coleman also serves a significant number of municipalities either as solicitor to the municipality or as solicitor to the municipalities’ land use boards. Many of Mr. Coleman’s current and past clients are Southern New Jersey financial institutions and small businesses that have either required Mr. Coleman to properly oversee the financial institutions loan of capital or a businesses’ acquisition or sale of assets. Mr. Coleman also represents a significant number of private clients seeking to obtain land use approval before municipal land use boards. Mr. Coleman’s practice also engages in a significant amount of estate planning work for individuals in New Jersey and Pennsylvania either seeking to secure an estate plan or for those who are responsible for administering the estate of their deceased loved one.
