Mr. Coleman is a founding partner of the firm and has thirty (30) years of practical legal experience, specializing in corporate law, secured banking transactions, real estate, land use and estate planning law. Mr. Coleman also serves a significant number of municipalities either as solicitor to the municipality or as solicitor to the municipalities’ land use boards. Many of Mr. Coleman’s current and past clients are southern New Jersey and southeastern Pennsylvania financial institutions and closely held businesses. Through his successful representation of these financial institutions and companies, Mr. Coleman has been recognized as a leader in the field of external “in house counsel” to these commercial clients. Mr. Coleman also represents a significant number of private clients seeking to obtain land use approval before municipal land use boards. Mr. Coleman’s practice also engages in a significant amount of estate planning work for individuals in New Jersey and Pennsylvania either seeking to secure an estate plan or for those who are responsible for administering the estate of their deceased loved one.
