Douglas L. Heinold has received the Michael A. Pane Award, which is “Conferred Upon the Person Who Has Exemplified the Highest Standard of Ethics and Whose Work Has Significantly Enhanced the Integrity of Local Government.” The Michael Pane Award, established by the Pane Family, the New Jersey State League of Municipalities (NJLM) and the New Jersey Institute of Local Government Attorneys (NJILGA), is given in honor of Michael A.
